I started doing Pilates Matwork in 2000, I fell in love with this method with the connection mind and body focusing on the movements. Understanding and appreciating that I needed focus, listening and imagery cues to get the group of muscles work properly and congruency, so the movements flow from one to the next as if they are one complete movement. This blew my mind and made me feel good and strong.
By learning and updating a comprehensive repertory of movement techniques, with the most appropriate principles of biomechanics, kinesiology, motor learning and advanced body awareness that will aid in the clinical reasoning process to helping my clients to recovery for their injuries.
